- Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition. All tags should be attached, and the item should show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. For example, if you purchased a medical uniform, it should not have been worn, washed, or have any stains. If it’s an accessory, it should be in the same state as when you received it.
